English -
Today we went to library for checkout & then did a "Read In".  No Homework!

Social Studies -
Today we watched CNN 10, discussed our weather and hazard findings, and then we watched a Bill Nye on Storms.  No Homework!

Friday:
Students will have a couple of activities to participate in today.... we will be making "race cars" out of limited materials & then actually racing them.  We will be watching a short movie as well.  There is no homework!

Have a safe, fun, and relaxing Spring Break!!  See you April 10!!!

Math:  Today we finished the Pharoh's Tomb.  If you didn't finish, you need to get it done and turned in to Mrs. Young ASAP!  No other homework!

SS:  We finished our research on hazards today.  We will be using this information after break!  If you didn't finish, you need to have this completed for our activities after break.  No other homework!

Today we discussed & took notes on types of conflicts in stories.  We also discussed & took notes on new vocabulary that describes parts of a plot line (exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, resolution).  Finally, we did a partner pass & write story activity.  No Homework!!

Today students worked to finish up weather and hazard research.  No Homework!
